This is a full-time on-site role as a Kitchen Manager (night shift) at Gulf Island Grill in Gulf Shores, AL. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, ensuring food quality, managing culinary operations, and kitchen staff discipline.

 

Qualifications

  • Food Preparation and Cooking skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Quality management
  • Culinary Management experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Maintain state health department regulations, certifications, and scoring
