Screen Print Operator

Job Summary:
The Screen Print Operator is an advanced position, previous experience is preferred. They will be responsible for maintaining and operating screen printing equipment. As an operator, they should be able to understand the set up, safe operation, troubleshooting, and shut down of the equipment. They are also responsible for understanding job tickets including material, size, font, color, quantities, etc. This person must have attention to detail, along with basic math and computer knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow standard operational procedures and work practices to ensure consistency of output.
- Ensure accuracy of color, registration, and placement of the prints.
- Produce goods as specified by job orders produced by the sales and customer service teams.
- Safely and efficiently run printing equipment.
- Support ongoing process improvement to deliver the highest quality of product possible.
- Visually inspect printed material for substandard pieces.
- Troubleshoot equipment if/when necessary.
- Assist with digital file set up.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment at all times.
