Our client, a global entertainment company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst.
Contract - W2 Non-Exempt
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Pay Range: $50.00 - $59.00 per hour DOE
Duties:
- Gather and document high-level and detailed requirements in partnership with Lodging Finance teams and Technology partners
- Current state business process documentation
- Partner with DX Technology to evaluate system integration needs
- Gathering business requirements from users and coordinating with technology partners.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Financial Systems Manager, DX Technology, and potential vendors/clients around findings, identified issues, and other critical knowledge important to project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience - Field of Study (e.g., Communications, Business, Graphic Arts) Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with time recording, payroll, or financial systems
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years leading change management efforts at the Enterprise, Segment, and Business Unit levels of the organization
- Experience working for a large company and within a matrix organization
- Experience with employee policies, union contract language translation, state, and federal labor laws for pay rule configuration Understanding of time & payroll processing
- Experience with development, build, and deployment processes
- Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Understanding of SAP functions; Jira and Excel skills needed; Business Objects and Microstrategy a plus.
- Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible.
- Ability to outline options that will meet technical requirements
- Ability to communicate and clearly identify business requirements as they relate to new time system tools
