§  Ideal Size of Company and Minimum Gross Margin Expectation:

o   Annual product sales Minimum Expectation = $10MM

o   Approximate 4% freight cost to sales assumption = $400K

o   Annual Gross Margin Minimum Expectation = $60K

 

Sales Executive Profile

§  Minimum five (5) years of transportation/logistics experience

§  Relevant experience selling Managed Services (4PL) Solutions

§  Strong track record of creating and cultivating client relationships

§  Experience selling to C-Suite

§  Can easily demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

§  Self-Starter driven to produce results

§  Interested and adaptable to use and learn new software and technology

§  Team Player with the ability and desire to collaborate and achieve together

§  Able to demonstrate problem-solving ability
