Job DescriptionJob Description

MBK and its lead Harrisburg attorney, Timothy E. Gates, are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team You will be asked to provide overall support to our dynamic legal practice with particular focus on the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Prepare witness and other case materials
  • Organize documents for attorney review
  • Manage files and correspondence
  • Handle filings with courts and administrative agencies
  • Perform general office administration

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, One Drive and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • A get-it-done problem-solver
  • Appreciates strong teamwork
