Job Description: The Home Health Account Executive Leader will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing contacts, and driving the growth of our Titusville office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health, proven leadership experience, and an existing book of business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads to expand our client base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and contacts.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in home health sales and business development.
  • Leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Existing book of business in the home health industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
