We use evidence-based medicine and anecdotal techniques/guidelines that provide proven excellent results for our patients.

Responsibilities of the Family Nurse Practitioner
- Diagnose, prescribe, and perform pellet insertions for men and women (we provide training)
- Deliver quality, value-based, outcome-driven hormone health for patients' quality of life
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Strive to improve health and happiness for patients, staff, and colleague providers daily
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion with patients and colleagues
- Comply with medical care regulations and safety standards
Skills & Requirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have a current DEA license, national FNP certification, and Arizona state certification
- Compassion, empathy, and self-awareness
- Ability to multi-task, think critically, and find solutions to any problem
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- At least five (5) years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner responsible for managing medical care for adults

Our medical director has over 15 years of experience in hormone therapy and over 70,000 BHRT procedures. All of our providers are well-trained and work in unison to provide identical care for all patients. Providers spend 20 to 30 minutes with each patient for each visit (women every three months and men every six months).
