Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead installations in the dynamic Phoenix, AZ market. This role requires efficient management of manpower, materials, and schedules while prioritizing safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HVAC installations in the Phoenix, AZ market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting for local weather patterns and conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure installations meet specifications and codes.
  • Optimize prefabrication opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain company assets and vehicles, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Represent professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience in the Phoenix, AZ market.
  • Journeyman license and relevant certifications. (Nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
