Requirements

  • Experience in non-union contractor environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and oversee skilled trade teams effectively.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to engage with various project stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
