A candidate with a consistent local work history is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC and sheet metal projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Lead and develop teams, promoting safety and high productivity.
  • Perform site evaluations to assess progress and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project workflows.
  • Keep comprehensive records of project schedules, team performance, and compliance with regulations.
  • Encourage a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in HVAC and sheet metal installation with a focus on leadership.
  • Preferably from a non-union contracting background.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead skilled trades teams.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel locally.
