Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator will assist the HR Coordinator with many payroll related items. The solar industry requires prevailing wages, certified payroll reporting and training reports for our solar installation projects throughout the US.
Duties:
- Assist with processing payroll and certified payroll reporting requirements
- Assist with benefit reporting requirements
- Assist with organizing data for Projects into an ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or Human Resources preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant with data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or data bases
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
