Responsibilities:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years SUCCESSFUL experience as either a construction sales professional, Designer or a Project Manager. Why not add onto your existing business or income flow?
- Experience working and contacts in the luxury Residential and/or Commercial construction industry, Resorts, Casino, Custom Home Builders and Remodelers, Glaziers, GCs, Commercial and/or High-Income Clientele.
- Sold Steel Windows, Doors and Glass Openings
- Confident and persuasive speaker, able to present in front of architectural firms, contractors, project managers, and owners.
- Learn our Products and Opportunities to Hunt
- Must be clear, concise, and able to get a message across professionally and eloquently, by phone or by email.
- Effectively communicate with architects, GCs, builders, remodelers, Corporations and Owners.
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Help potential clients understand what sets us apart from our competitors. Custom, Larger, Highest Quality and Delivery Time
- HUNT, HUNT and HUNT for new opportunities, relationships and projects
- You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining client data into our CRM.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with our Team to help you meet customer needs.
- Critical thinking and finding resolutions to customer problems.
- Must understand the importance of long-term relationships, even after projects are completed.
- Come up with proactive and innovative ways to reach out to new clients.
- Able to negotiate and persuade during the contract-signing process.
