Direct Hire; $50k + commission
Oklahoma and Arkansas Territory
**Outside sales experience in building materials A MUST
**Newly created position in a new territory
**Remote position that requires travel daily
Duties:
· Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
· Quickly move prospects through sales process by delivering outstanding consultation, sales, and customer experience
· Update sales and client databases with current information
· Stay informed on latest industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops
· Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
· Plan takeoffs
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales role in a B2B sales environment
· Strong technical and software skills including MS Word, Excel, PP, and Outlook (strong proposal/presentation skills)
· Successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections A MUST
· Amazing communication, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns across a diverse set of customers and geographic regions
