Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in designing, creating, and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns to support the expansion and growth of the company’s products and services. This position requires a mix of creative, analytical, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and other platforms.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising efforts.
- Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field and/or 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
