Duties:

  • Execute timely and accurate payroll processing for construction projects, adhering to certified payroll requirements and applicable laws.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Foundation software and QuickBooks to efficiently manage financial data, including invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Implement effective job costing techniques to track expenses, monitor project profitability, and provide valuable financial insights to project managers and executives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor and tax regulations, maintain accurate payroll records, and support audits as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Proven experience in construction accounting, with a strong background in certified payroll processing, job costing, and billing
  • Proficiency in Foundation software, and QuickBooks is essential.
  • Solid understanding of construction payroll regulations and labor laws
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.

Pay: $26.00- $30.00 DOE                   Schedule: Monday – Friday
