The Core Role You'll fill at Peaches Electrical: The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects with tight deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage and oversee multiple commercial electrical projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project budgets and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate project teams
  • Manage risk and resolve issues promptly
  • Adapt to project changes and pivot strategies as needed

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects
  • Proven ability to handle projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., salesforce, Procore)
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required
