We are seeking two full-time members to join our team. One Electrical Installer and one Security Technician. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional service, a strong technical background, and a commitment to quality and safety. This position requires being onsite in Grand Junction, CO, with lodging provided from Monday to Friday if you don't already reside in the area.


Electrical Installer: 
This role involves installing, programming, testing, and servicing a variety of systems and equipment, including security, fire alarm, and life safety systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and service security, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and colleagues.
  • Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on all projects.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Experience with access control, network cameras, and panel installations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • Relevant trade designation (e.g., Electrician).
  • Experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
  • Certifications in systems like Axis, Bosch, DMP, Lenel, or Software House.

Security Technician: 

We are seeking a Systems Installer with a focus on building automation, fire alarm systems, and electronic security systems. This role involves installing, programming, testing, repairing, and servicing a variety of systems and equipment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Install, program, and service security, fire alarm, and building automation systems.
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and colleagues.
  • Operate and commission new systems, analyze performance, and identify issues.
  • Oversee onsite project quality, safety, and performance.
  • Mentor and train less experienced staff, providing feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read blueprints and drawings..
