Job Overview:
INSIDE SALES - We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Solar Sales Representative to join our team. We are located inside a very high traffic retail location, with customers coming to you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

```Responsibilities```
- Interact with prospective customers to generate leads and close sales
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update information
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in sales or marketing

-Solar Sales experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Will train on CRM software and other sales tools
- Familiarity with software products or technical sales is a plus
