Salary: $18-$25 per hour depending on skills and experience

It has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Architectural Hardscape Drafter (AutoCAD)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Hardscape Drafter proficient in AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and architectural drafting, with a focus on hardscape planning and design. This position involves working closely with our design team to translate concepts into detailed construction plans and collaborating with municipalities for project approvals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create detailed construction architectural hardscape plans using AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with designers to interpret 3D designs 

- Review and supervise drafters' work, providing guidance and corrections as needed.

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and municipalities for approvals.

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, adhering to project timelines.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in drafting.

**Requirements:**

- 1 year minimum relevant experience 

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

- Proven work experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design.

- Understanding of engineering plans and municipal approval processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination.

- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working with municipal authorities for project approvals.

- Background in landscape architecture or hardscape design.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
