Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. 

Location: Boca Raton, FL

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the design and administration of our company's compensation programs. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President to develop and maintain fair and competitive salary structures. Key responsibilities include market analysis, job classification, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Program Support: Assist in administering compensation programs, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to inform compensation recommendations and participate in salary surveys.
  • Job Classification: Maintain accurate job descriptions and evaluate positions to ensure they align with our compensation strategy.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze compensation trends and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Probing Questions:

  • How do you stay updated on compensation trends and regulations?
  • Can you describe a time when you recommended a change to a compensation structure? What was the outcome?
  • How do you ensure accuracy and fairness in your compensation analyses?
