Job Details:
• The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department.
• Minimal data entry skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Working with vigor and urgency.
• Must be comfortable with handling specimens and learning and understanding compliance regulations.
Education:
• HS diploma or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of computers with a preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and/or laboratory specimen processing.
