We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distribution Sales Consultant (DSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting salon accounts weekly, building strong relationships with salon owners and stylists, and helping them grow their businesses. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales and business development. A strong candidate should possess experience in sales, knowledge of salon products and industry trends, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel within the territory. DSCs are also responsible for inside sales shifts within one of the company's three brick-and-mortar locations in New Braunfels, San Marcos, or San Antonio on Mondays and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
