- Answers, troubleshoots, and problem-solve incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and occasional in-person requests for assistance from the firm’s existing clients, new or prospective tax clients, staff, and other entities.
- Ensures all client interactions and relationships are successful and that we provide and maintain exceptional client care and service.
- Informing prospects/clients of firm processes
- Timely and accurately schedule appointments when necessary.
- Responsible for schedule maintenance, conflict resolution, and appointment confirmation
- Clerical functions such as entering info into databases and spreadsheets, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and mailing documents.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and client service skills.
- A positive and professional attitude
- Multi-tasking ability
- Associates or Bachelors College degree preferred.
- Tax experience not required but is preferred.
- Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment required.
This is an in-person full-time, Monday through Friday position.

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15–30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (the hiring manager for this position). Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
