As a Tax Associate at H&R Block, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional tax services to our clients. You will conduct tax interviews, prepare accurate tax returns, and generate business growth through excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
  • Provide clients with IRS support
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
