Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our nightly operations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for nightlife entertainment, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of effective management in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:Venue Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nightlife theater, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistics and ensure all departments have what they need in order to operate smoothly.
Staff Management:
  • Involved in new employee onboarding, training, payroll, and culture integration.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team, including bartenders, servers, bar team, security personnel, and support staff.
  • Manage employee shift schedules, clock-in systems, tip out sheets, and attendance.
Customer Experience:
  • Maintain a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.
Fiscal Management:
  • Manage POS system while managing thefloor to ensure all payment is resolved between guests.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, including staffing, supplies, and other operational expenses.
  • Responsible for closeout financial reports for end of day operations and recording F&B sales, comps, admissions, misc.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
  • POS Experience - Preferably Agilysys and InfoGenesis, Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of live performances and theater productions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and especially weekends.
