Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$23/hr

What’s a typical day as an HR Support Admin? You’ll be:
• Providing tier one customer support for internal and external customers within a shared services HR group.
• Managing various HR processes such as leave of absence, disability, paid family leave, workers’ compensation, sick time, timecard management, and statutory benefits.
• Maintaining a shared group email box and voicemail.
• Completing tier one ServiceNow tickets accurately and timely.
• Assigning ServiceNow tickets to the correct team member.
• Assisting with ad hoc data analysis.
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
• Reporting to the HR Support Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Have intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Are able to set and organize your own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
• Have the ability to understand the subtle nuances of a situation and respond appropriately.
• Can work on a variety of tasks/projects in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain an empathetic and professional demeanor.
• Have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Possess strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Can maintain confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Cisco IP Communicator.
• Experience with SAP HRIS.
• Experience with UKG (Kronos).
• Previous HR support experience.
• Previous data analysis experience.
