Administrative and Accounts Receivable Analyst

Territory/Location: Maryland
Purpose/ Mission:
To manage the territory’s portfolio and support the Maryland administrative office.
Responsibilities:
- Execute customer collections daily for application to the portfolio; clarifying discrepancies and reporting late payments.
- Follow up on the portfolio management of the territory with sellers and/or clients, if necessary, present the results to the national portfolio coordinator and territory manager.
- Deposit collections in check and cash daily through the bank’s app or at the Wells Fargo or JP Morgan offices, respectively.
- Serve clients through different channels (telephone, mail, fax) to send portfolio balances, resolve concerns about credits and issues related to their account status.
- Run through the accounting system and verify some of the territory’s accounts payable, including collecting the hotel expense brackets that are assigned to the sales force and sending the report to the territory manager.
- Verify and relate the office supplies of the territory, and generate the purchase request to the territory manager.
- Other related administrative functions, to support the management of the territory manager and the team.
Authority Level:
- The position does not have personnel in charge, nor does it execute a budget
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of inventories, administrative management, advanced excel and accounting. English and Spanish (preferred)

- National Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Education
- Accounting Profile
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 to 3 years in accounts receivable
Time to Adapt:
- 3 to 6 months
Replacement in Case of Absence:
- Designated member of the portfolio team and administrative peers in the territory
