TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking Customer Service Rep with Intermodal experience for a transportation company in Southeast Houston.  Looking for someone that can handle a diverse customer base, order entry, communication with customers related to scheduling and problem resolution, monitor order availability via port/rail tracing, schedule delivery appointments, identifying all cost and approving invoicing.  Ideal candidate can type 55 wpm, multi-task, and can work in a fast pace environment.  Must have intermodal experience working with port and rail.
