You will wear many hats, providing administrative support, addressing contractual concerns, and collaborating with program managers to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for both internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support within a defined scope.
  • Manage and resolve contractual issues for new and ongoing marketing programs.
  • Prepare and distribute clear and concise communication regarding contracts and technical matters.
  • Support program managers with technical troubleshooting and ensure project tasks stay on track.
  • Track and analyze customer metrics, generating reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process purchase orders, amendments, and acknowledge customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery.
  • Identify potential risks within contracts and propose solutions for internal review.
  • Assist program managers with long-term contract negotiations and proposal development.
  • Provide customers with change quotations and keep them updated on new project developments.
  • Recognize potential sales opportunities and escalate them to program managers.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to address Accounts Receivable inquiries directly with customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in common office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a strong preference
