We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School SLP, you will provide essential speech and language services to students across Washington from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans for students with varying needs and abilities.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure students are meeting their goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
- Two (2) years previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
- Competitive hourly rate of $40-$55, based on experience and school budgets.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work from home.
- 1099 contract: contracted as an independent business, qualify for tax write-offs.
- Access to our clinical and technical teams to provide assistance with our remote toolkit and resources.
