Salary of $30,000 to $50,000 is based on experience and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Answer calls courteously, addressing service inquiries and offering Customer Protection Reviews (CPR).
- Greet customers warmly and contact new ones to introduce agency services.
- Process insurance payments and policy changes promptly.
- Conduct audits for premium changes and follow up as needed.
- Maintain and update agency files and customer information.
- Document client interactions in agency systems.
- Prepare and send customer mailings and follow up on documents.
- Respond to voicemail messages daily.
- Collaborate positively with team members.
- Suggest and assist with service process improvements to meet agency goals
Requirements
Licensing
- Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License is required before employment. (Licensing assistance is available)
- Life and Health (L&H) License is encouraged within 180 days
Skills and Abilities
