We are looking for the right person to positively represent our business to clients through all interactions including phone calls and office visits. We want to create an outstanding experience for our valued clients and this position plays a critical role in our success.

Our office is located in Bangor, ME and provides a comfortable, professional work environment. Our office culture is friendly, professional and relaxed, without sacrificing the quality of our results. As an established, independent financial planning firm, we maintain the highest level of professional standards. You will be working with the owner to ensure the office’s smooth operation. Work for a company that will truly value your contribution and take pride in playing an integral role in the success of a locally owned firm. Hours can be more part time or full time available.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the right had to the principal advisor
  • Maintain files and database records
  • Prepare paperwork for client meetings; process paperwork and track through completion
  • Answer phone and handle all client service issues within capacity
  • Place trades at advisor’s request
  • Spearhead special projects
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and advisor
  • Oversee and coordinate calendar

Required knowledge/skills/competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
