We are seeking a licensed Health & Wellness Coach to join our team You will provide talk therapy services in individual or group settings. Candidates will have the opportunity to work toward part- or full-time roles (with benefits) over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers (psych prescribers, sleep specialists, dieticians, referring providers, etc.) to deliver holistic solutions for our patients -- this is what makes Nurocoach special, so we are looking for candidates who are passionate and committed to this approach
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner (with the assistance of our AI tools)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling, testing, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and their families or other stakeholders
  • Licensure in multiple states is preferred but not required
  • EMDR certification is preferred by not required
