We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Texas A&M Health. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical services to patients, acting as a link between patients, physicians, and community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Intervention
    • Deliver brief interventions and therapy to K-12 students via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral change.
    • Use assessment tools to track progress and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
    • Provide risk assessments and safety planning interventions to ensure the well-being of students and their families.
    • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and students to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Clinical Service
    • Work closely with health professionals to provide integrated care, addressing the physical and mental health needs of patients.
    • Assist with intakes and referrals, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
    • Provide psychoeducation to stakeholders, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to support patients.
    • Conduct workshops and seminars, promoting education and awareness about mental health and wellness.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to regulations, such as HIPAA, to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information.
    • Document services and activities, providing accurate and timely records of patient care.
    • Assist with program evaluation, helping to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic planning.
