Key Responsibilities- Clinical Intervention
- Deliver brief interventions and therapy to K-12 students via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral change.
- Use assessment tools to track progress and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide risk assessments and safety planning interventions to ensure the well-being of students and their families.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and students to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Clinical Service
- Work closely with health professionals to provide integrated care, addressing the physical and mental health needs of patients.
- Assist with intakes and referrals, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
- Provide psychoeducation to stakeholders, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to support patients.
- Conduct workshops and seminars, promoting education and awareness about mental health and wellness.
- Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulations, such as HIPAA, to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Document services and activities, providing accurate and timely records of patient care.
- Assist with program evaluation, helping to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic planning.
