Skills Required:

  • Industrial workshop experience in forge Plants
  • Experience in oil and gas industry.

 

Knowledge level required:

  • Reading and writing in English is necessary.
  • Associate degree and minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in supervisory role.

 

Position Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring functioning of concerned section to meet desired quality output with required productivity as per laid down quality system.
  2. Ability to develop a formal setup reduction program for Forging presses.
  3. Ability to set the heat treatment parameters as per the set up and operational procedures.
  4. Coordinate Forge shop and Heat treatment preventive maintenance requirements.
  5. Lead to forge and Heat treatment operations to achieve required quality, safety and production targets.
  6. Organize and control manpower with production requirements.
  7. Train workmen and allocate required tools and documents as per the planned inventory requirements.
  8. Prepare daily work schedule and report daily on productivity.
  9. Must be able to work overtime, Day/Night shifts, and shall be able to work weekends if necessary.

He is authorized to:

  1. Take necessary corrective actions in consultation with plant manager.
  2. Get the raw materials as per the requirements.
