Job Responsibilities(additional responsibilities may be assigned by Head of The Department) 
  • Knowledge of the machinery to operate as efficiently as possible. 
  • Knowledge of SAP and the ability to make entries. 
  • Attentive to all testing charts to make sure that all pipes are recorded properly and saved when testing is complete. 
  • Perform all tasks as required by our training methods. 
  • Ensure safety of all employees working around the area and report any near miss, safety incidences and potential hazards to a supervisor. 
  • Knowledge of the proper alignment of pumps for effective testing. 
  • Knowledge of gauge pressures to make sure that each pipe is in compliance with the customer specification. 
  • Ability to change the recipe and set up for different pipe sizes without any assistance.
Skills required 
  • Ability to multi-task. 
  • Mechanically inclined to perform any maintenance on the machine that is required for maximum production. 
  • Ability to run control panels and v-roll lines. 
  • Good communication with co-workers and other departments. 
  • Knowledge of the work flow of the shop. 
  • Understanding of how the machine and the pumps operate.
  • Bilingual.
Education & Experience: 
  • General Laborer Exp.
Physical Requirements: 
  • Long hours standing.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to heat.
  • Constantly moving.
  • Work in tight spaces.
  • Crawl.
