Liona Enterprises was established to provide Information Technology (IT) Audio Visual (AV) /Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Mobile and Data Security, Network, Installation, and Maintenance Services as its core competencies. We provide IT systems design, equipment purchase, maintenance, and support services that help optimize hardware and software. This includes contract maintenance and per-incident repair. We have led numerous IT turnkey initiatives in both government and commercial arenas around the country.

As a solutions-based organization, Liona Enterprises partners with other businesses to create customized solutions that meet your needs. We will help set up, maintain, and manage IT network systems to ensure business continuity. These maintenance services are designed to help maximize your infrastructure investment while reducing the total cost of ownership. Our goal is to help organizations identify, protect, and adapt to the changing pace of technology and improve existing IT assets through governance, risk, and compliance.

 

Audio-Visual Technical Program Manager

Position Overview: As a seasoned Video Telecommunications/Audio-Visual professional with extensive experience in fast-paced environments, the Technical Program Manager at Liona will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the complete life cycle of projects related to video and audio-visual solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational and technical skills, and thrives in dynamic settings. They will lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Oversight:
    • Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for the complete life cycle of video and audio-visual projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Apply extensive knowledge of Video Telecommunications and Audio-Visual technologies to provide guidance and expertise in project execution.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
    • Interact confidently and effectively with individuals at all administrative levels, serving as a trusted liaison between customers and the technical team.
  1. Sales Support:
    • Pursue sales opportunities and provide strategic planning and technical input to create RFP/RFQ responses.
  1. Design and Engineering:
    • Lead the development of complex AV/VTC system design solutions for high-level VIP personnel.
  1. Installation and Programming:
    • Oversee the installation of new systems to meet customer needs, utilizing your programming skills.
  1. Project Management:
    • Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Develop and implement project management templates, processes, and procedures.
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of 10-12 employees, setting expectations, communicating roles and responsibilities, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  1. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure service delivery meets customer satisfaction by actively managing and providing Tier 3 AV/VTC support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates of Arts & Sciences, Business Administration from Lord Fairfax Community College.
  • Certifications: DVS-G Level I, ITIL Foundation v3, InfoComm/AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS); CTS-I, CTS-D in-progress, and others as listed in the resume.

Clearance: Department of Defense, Top Secret, SCI Eligible

Preferred Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
