We’re a brand new restaurant concept, quick-service Smashburger & Shakes restaurant that’s all about nostalgic flavors and high-quality ingredients. Our menu is simple, yet packed with flavor, featuring smash burgers, shakes, and fries cooked in 100% grass-fed beef tallow. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer experiences in a lively and fun atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us keep the good vibes and great flavors rolling

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team with energy and positivity. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about great food and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service and consistent, high-quality food.

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing labor costs.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Train and mentor staff to meet performance standards.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a positive approach.

- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, costs, and profitability.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.
