We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our inside sales team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, quotations and processing orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Provide quotations based upon requests and follow up on those quotations
  • Process orders
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Reach out to customers to secure new opportunities to quote

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in industrial sales, distribution, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
  • Management experience a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing skills
