Are you our next Human Resource Generalist?We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on a collaborative team. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize HR software systems such as, ADP to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Administer leaves of absence - through electronic onboarding system.
  • Assist with workers' compensation management, as needed.
  • Conduct reconciliations, when requested.
  • Stay up to date with current HR trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge surrounding ADP payroll, provide support to the HR department in various areas including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Qualifications
    • Associate's degree and/or a combination of education and experience of no less than 5 years in Human Resources.
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Self starter and comfortable working in a team environment.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong- to medium ADP experience.
