We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the human capital management process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, including SAP, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft.
- Handle worker's compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Administer benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics using tools like Salesforce and Paychex.
- Conduct conflict resolution and provide guidance on company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Skills:
- Proven experience in human capital management and HR administration.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including SAP, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of worker's compensation regulations.
- Excellent conflict management and resolution skills.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with HR software and tools, including Salesforce and Paychex.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
