Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal control audit; prepare annual financial review and audit schedules
  • Assist personnel in budget preparation and management, as requested
  • Provide timely and complete reporting of financial results
  • Ensure the maintenance of financial records and recordkeeping systems to ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Reconcile and analyze all cash and other balance sheet accounts daily/monthly
  • Maintain all financial records, including payroll, payables, deposits, insurance policies, monthly and annual general ledgers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or MBA strongly preferred
  • Blackbaud system experience preferred
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience managing the accounting functions in a non-profit agency, or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Work Model:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • On-Site
