Scootaround is looking for a Delivery Agent to help assist with delivering/picking up mobility equipment to the Cruise Ports, Airports, Resorts, Residences, Convention Centers and Hotels in and around the Tampa, Florida and surrounding area.

What You Will Do

  • Providing excellent Customer Service both internally and externally.

  • Operating cargo vans and light duty trucks to deliver and pick up mobility equipment to and from Cruise Ships, Hotels, Convention Centers, Resort and Residences.

  • Ensuring every unit meets Scootaround’s Safety, Functionality and Show Quality standards.

  • Providing basic Troubleshooting and user training on the equipment.

  • Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while following our COVID-19 safety procedures.

  • Completing all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Assisting in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Working experience as a Delivery Driver.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills.

  • Must be Mechanically Inclined.

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail.

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

  • Complete Department of Motor Vehicles and Criminal Background check will be conducted.
