**Job Overview:**

We are a dynamic established (25+ years) and growing equipment manufacturing and fulfilment internet-based company seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly organized Warehouse Manager or Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to delegate duties effectively, and a commitment to streamlining business operations with in-bound and out-bound shipments, purchasing efficiency, inventory management, and managing employees.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations and delegate and communicate tasks to staff efficiently and enforce company policies effectively.
  • Manage purchasing and maintain cost consciousness to optimize resources.
  • Implement strategies to streamline business processes for maximum efficiency and growth.
  • Utilize technical and/or electrical expertise to oversee and supervise warehouse equipment assembly and quality control.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement principles to optimize warehouse operations and actively lead initiatives to enhance processes.
  • Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors and suppliers with cost effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Actively maintain a streamlined inventory management process.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in managerial roles with a focus on delegation, communication, and team leadership in a technical, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as delegating and communicating duties and tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in purchasing, cost analysis, inventory, and budget management.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, ensuring a harmonious and effective team dynamic.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
