About the role:

Photonics Industries International, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

· Website & Content Management: Maintain and update the company website. Develop and manage blog content for the company website. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for the website. Manage and analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics.

· Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or a similar platform.

· Product Literature: Update technical datasheets and brochures for the company's product portfolio.

· Sales Support: Maintain and update sales support databases using Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

· Content Creation: Create high-quality media assets (images, graphics) for company literature and trade show displays. Proficiency in photo-editing software is required.

· Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute a proactive social media promotion strategy across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Experience with video editing is a plus.

· Trade Shows: Coordinate and arrange logistics for trade show participation.

· Sales Enablement: Create company presentations and training materials to support field sales efforts.

· Lead Generation: Identify new prospect and market opportunities through various channels.

· Public Relations & Media Relations: Pitch press releases and media stories to industry publications. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts. Monitor industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities for media coverage.

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Assist with managing customer database in a CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar field.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Proficiency in photo-editing and/or graphics editor such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar.

· Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as the backend of WordPress and plugin functionalities, is a plus.

· Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems a plus.

· Experience with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.

· Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like OneDrive and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.

· Ability to create compelling marketing materials (both print and digital).

· Experience with social media marketing platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

· Knowledge of the optics, photonics, and/or laser industry a plus.
