Role Overview
As a Project Consultant at Character Interiors, you will manage the sales lifecycle of kitchen, bath, and custom interior remodeling projects. Acting as a key ambassador for our brand, embodying our culture, purpose, and core values with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential construction sales or a related field
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software (e.g., AccuLynx, G Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

Compensation

  • The Project Consultants salary is 100% commission-based after initial 30-day period

  • During the initial 30-day period of employment as Project Consultant for Character, a base gross salary of $2,000 will be supplied (to be paid on a semi monthly basis - subject to standard withholdings)
