Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our clubhouse restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on front-of-house (FOH) management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and outstanding dining experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front-of-House Operations:

    • Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
    • Train, mentor, and manage FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
    • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Ensure FOH staff adhere to high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.
    • Oversee the layout and seating arrangements to optimize service efficiency and guest comfort.

  2. Restaurant Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
    • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

  3. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.

  4. Financial Management:

    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the restaurant.
    • Monitor and control costs and expenses.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
