No Limit Turf is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Social Media Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and conversion through innovative social media strategies. Job Overview:

As a Bilingual Social Media Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our social media sales efforts. Your commission based role will involve engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and utilizing your bilingual skills to convert leads into sales. If you’re a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of social media, we want to hear from you

 

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Engagement:

· Proactively engage with potential customers on various social media platforms.

· Foster meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.

· Build a strong online presence for No Limit Turf through active participation in relevant social media communities.

2. Bilingual Communication:

· Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base.

· Leverage bilingual skills to effectively connect with customers and address their inquiries or concerns.

3. Sales Conversion:

· Utilize social media platforms to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

· Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from social media engagement to the sale process.

4. Content Creation:

· Collaborate with the sales team to create bilingual and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

· Develop social media posts, stories, and other content to drive customer interest and conversion.

 

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

2. Experience in sales, with a focus on using social media as a sales tool a plus.

3. Ambitious and self-driven.

4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

7. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.

9. Authorized to work in the U.S. / Green Card Holder
