We are seeking a Haul Driver to join our team You would be responsible for a 5-Axle, Automatic Transmission, 2023 International roll off hauling truck, drive a growing route, all while providing a great service to our customers. We are seeking a responsible Class B CDL Truck Driver to join our Heavyweight Waste/Smash My Trash team You will be responsible for general preventative maintenance of our fleet, safely operating our trucks, hauling the contents of open-top waste containers (dumpsters), requiring your ability to operate the equipment at each customer's facility. We require a 1-2 day paid training period prior to employment alongside a background check. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY, must have prior experience.

Responsibilities:

· Treat customers in a courteous and professional manner. This is a key employee, the face of the company to the customer

· Safely operate an 80,000 pound International HX620 Truck for hauling

· Skillfully operate a hydraulic operated machine implement

· Properly track and document activity log via smartphone

· Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

· Inspect truck before and after trip while properly tracking and documenting activity via smartphone using a provided checklist

· Contribute to maintenance and cleaning of truck and machine

· Demonstrate complete reliability and accountability

· Hauling custom made 42 yd and 61 yd dumpsters

· Driving in all weather conditions

· Truck maintenance to include: hydraulic hose replacement, getting into hydraulic blocks to replace, replacement of filters such as fuel, oil and hydraulic, checking tire pressure, checking fluids such as oil and transmission, changing headlights and taillights, and other items that may require on the job training.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual in Spanish and English

· General mechanical skills with the ability to learn new systems

· Basic tool knowledge

· Strong work ethic with proven job history, reliability and accountability

· Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields - hauling experience preferred

· Valid driver’s license with 5 years clean driving record

· MUST HAVE Class B CDL

· Skilled with a smartphone and able to use our apps to track routes and complete work activities

· Entrepreneurial spirit, interest in growing your career and responsibilities

· Mandatory pre-employment background check

· Diesel mechanic and hydraulic systems background preferred

· This position does not require interstate travel. Home every day.

· Current DOT Medical Card

· MUST Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

· This position is subject to follow FMCSA Regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25-$28 per hour (will consider salary for the right candidate)

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
