Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems, including motors, generators, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using a variety of tools and testing equipment, including ohmmeters and multimeters.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Install, test, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including distributed control systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance personnel to resolve complex electrical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and quality standards.
- Perform work with an emphasis on efficiency and productivity.

Experience:

- At least 4 years of experience in maintenance or as an service electrician.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuit analysis and electrical code compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

- Must be dependable and on time.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, crawl, work overhead, work on aerial lift, climb ladders or scaffolding, work in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.

· Minimum 4 years commercial, residential, and industrial electrical service

· Excellent customer service

· A desire to help and serve others

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Ability to lead and complete tasks efficiently.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Comprehension of the National Electrical Code.

· Excellent safety practices

· Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
